Job Description

The Sales Associate position is designed to provide the Account Executive (AE) team with support around Sales efforts by Managing the first 13 weeks of revenue in our new accounts ? This position will report directly to the Zone Sales Manager (ZSM).

Job Responsibilities

• Manage 13 weeks revenue for all new accounts using SAR and lookback.

• Transitioning Micro Markets or large OCS accts post sale and pre-installation to reduce the amount of time AE's spend on these activities.

• Support grand openings for large new account installations.

• Help AE's with sales demos.

• Assist AE?s in preparing prospecting drop bags.

• Support sales team with seeding campaigns.

• Attend weekly sales meetings and install meetings.

• Support Sales Blitz activities.

• Support Sales Leadership as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Marketing or related field

• 1-2 years prior work, organization, or related experience in achieving objectives through influencing others, customer service or sales.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.

• Must have professional phone acumen.

• Excellent verbal, presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to synthesize multiple inputs into a clear, concise, and useful recommendation.

• Ability to work independently and with others.
