As a Nutrition Intern, you will assist the Registered Dietitian with nutrition events across campus. Assist in event planning, marketing and execution. This position is ideal for a nutrition student in any track. Prior experience isn?t the most important thing ? we're looking for students who are ready to be trailblazers with Aramark. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with campus RD and other nutrition interns to plan events

• Assist in updating menus throughout the dining halls

• Supports nutrient analysis for all food items served

• Conducts audits at campus dining locations on a regular basis

• Develops nutrition-based content ideas for food articles in various publications

• Supports RD in educating students regarding healthy food choices through campus outreach programs

• Support nutrition event execution

• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.

• Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications

• Previous relevant working experience preferred.

• An interest in pursuing work in the nutrition field.

• Ability to maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward students, clients, and co-workers.

• Ability to maintain a contagious and positive work ethic.

• This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
