ARAMARK Student Worker - FSU - Finance/Accounting - PT in Tallahassee, Florida
Job Description
The Student Worker - Functional cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
-Creating invoices (A/R)
-Collecting on outstanding invoices (A/R)
-Paying Vendor invoices
-Expense tracking of in-kind funds
-Editing, reviewing, reconciling various accounts and excel documents
-Pulling data as requested from various software and reporting systems
-Assisting with weekly entries in GFF (Global Field Financials system)
-Ability to develop a familiarity with an array of reporting and software systems used by accounting
-Assisting with ad-hoc projects assigned
-Filing
-Scanning
-Creating folders on shared drive
-Ordering office supplies online
Qualifications
-Intermediate Excel experience required
-Previous related experience helpful but not mandatory
-Must be currently enrolled in a degree program in related field. Finance, Accounting or Business preferred; other majors acceptable.
