ARAMARK Coord-On-Site in Scranton, Pennsylvania
Breakdown totes (from new incoming deliveries).
Stock garment racks to ensure full gowning at all times.
Inspect/ rotate all garments to ensure expired garments are sent back for processing.
Stocking will need to occur on each shift (or until adequately stocked)
Monitor inventory movement and determine whether inventory adjustments are necessary.
Weekly status updates to National Account Manager
Issues with garments, stocking, orders, etc.
Lack of garment rotation (sizes sitting for extended periods of time)
Ruins/ lost garments
Handling of soiled laundry
Remove all soiled garments on a daily basis from designated departments
Ensure soiled garments are staged on the designated dock area for pick up by Aramark driver
Back-up for other on site coordinators
Understand the other location stocking areas
Notify areas of days out of office
Understand the stocking process
Gather all garments to be reprocessed
Compile a list of size, quantities, and items for customer
Responsible for obtaining authorization from customer prior to sending back to Aramark
Responsible for communicating to Aramark the list of items being returned
Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of customer service processes including handling complaints, inventory or product availability and service issues
Ability to take initiative and strong sense of urgency
Proven worth ethic, positive attitude and a team player who enjoys a challenge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others
Ability to work with all company software used to manage and maintain customers
Must have the ability to monitor and drive all company service programs
Schedule flexibility to include day, nights, weekends and overtime
