ARAMARK Process and Project Management Director in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description

The Process & Project Management Director is a key leader within the Collegiate Hospitality Growth team, empowered to make strategic decisions that drive sales process improvement and resource optimization to accelerate growth. As a pivotal member of the Strategic Solutions Group, this role involves spearheading the management of RFP responses, deal creation timelines, and the development and implementation of tools that enhance team productivity, efficiency, and transparency. The Director will proactively identify and address the evolving needs of the growth team, ensuring optimal performance.

In collaboration with CH Growth Leadership, Sales Directors, and Retention Directors, the Director will set and manage timelines for proposal and presentation deliverables, coordinating the necessary resources to ensure successful outcomes. The role demands autonomous leadership in the facilitation of proposal and presentation development, guaranteeing adherence to final delivery deadlines.

The Director will also oversee pre-RFP activities, manage current and future project management platforms, and handle the SSG support intake process. Additionally, this role includes maintaining a resource page for universal proposal content.

The Process & Project Management Director reports directly to the Senior Strategic Solutions Director.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the review of RFPs and coordinate with the Strategic Solutions Group, Vice President for Growth, the lead seller, and the internal agency to develop and execute comprehensive project plans.

  • Oversee and manage the Project & Process Manager, ensuring robust support for RFP response project plans.

  • Provide leadership in reviewing RFP sections and aligning resources and timelines with the lead seller to meet proposal and presentation deadlines.

  • Ensure all proposal content, organization, format, and layout comply with RFP requirements.

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of proposal positioning, key metrics, references, and industry trends.

  • Engage and manage internal and external resources to support the execution of project plans.

  • Identify and implement business process improvements, tools, and resources that meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in growth support and/or project management.

  • A bachelor?s degree from an accredited college or university in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.

  • The ability to interpret and organize complex information to coordinate appropriate resources.

  • Strong leadership skills to drive project success independently.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%. Relocation is not required.
