ARAMARK Tour Bus Driver - Grand Canyon North Rim in North Rim, Arizona
Job Description
The Tour Bus Driver serves to transport visitors throughout the Grand Canyon National Park ? North Rim in a safe, on-schedule and courteous manner. Transportation is provided between the Lodge and one of 2 scenic areas within the park with a recorded narrative throughout the journey. There will be a stopover at the scenic sight and a return to the lodge. Tour Bus Drivers serve as host ambassadors to visitors and will be part of making for a memorable experience for park guests.
Job Responsibilities
Provide safe and comfortable transportation within a congested tourist environment. Includes transportation along a state highway as well as slow speed pedestrian congested traffic environment.
Provide professional level customer service to all customers.
Record specific ridership information as required by dispatch/operations team.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to specific uniform and grooming standards.
Employee will have no less than 1 performance review per season to include an evaluation of performance standards as they relate to work instructions.

Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong customer service skills.
Effective communication skills.
Maturity, responsibility and an ability to work unsupervised
Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
