ARAMARK Hourly Talent Acquisition Coordinator--GBS in Nashville, Tennessee



The Hourly Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Hourly recruiting process by assisting hiring managers with the recruiting process by providing applicant tracking system administrative support, updating and maintaining appropriate databases, screening candidates via psychometric testing results, sourcing candidates and providing help desk support for operational processes related to hourly talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and customer relationship management (CRM) tool

  • Assist hiring managers with managing internal and external job postings

  • Interact with both passive and active candidates to fill vacancies in the organization via CRM

  • Source candidates for open positions in in iCIMS & Smashfly

  • Screen candidates using Infor assessments and resume review

  • Present candidate slates and interact with Hiring Managers on candidates

  • Match qualified candidates to appropriate talent pipelines

  • Monitor candidate flow to ensure appropriate candidate slate and SLA can be completed, escalating where necessary

  • Monitor and uphold SLA’s with Hiring managers and internal team, escalating issues where necessary

  • Partner with Hourly Talent Acquisition Supervisors, calibrating on hard to fill vacancies and SLA compliance

  • Present screened candidate slate to Hiring Managers within SLA timeframe

  • Update and/or edit job requisition data as necessary to ensure accurate source data for reporting

  • Super-user for the applicant tracking system which includes:

  • Providing system administration support for hiring managers

  • Updating source data and templates as necessary

  • Producing ad hoc recruiting reports as necessary

  • Manage hourly talent acquisition mailbox; escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders

  • Match candidates qualified candidates to talent pool or requisition

  • Disposition unqualified candidates

  • Close/unpost requisitions per Hiring Manager feedback

  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 2-3 years prior administrative experience

  • Basic understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures, and administrative procedures, a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers

  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to learn new systems or applications

  • Proficient in MS Office
