ARAMARK Director of Retail- Red Rocks in Morrison, Colorado

Job Description

The Director of Retail is responsible for leading the retail business at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre, all events, and ecommerce, including day-to-day and event operational oversight, P&L responsibility, creating and implementing growth strategies, business analytics, as well as client and vendor relations.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position ranges from $70,000 to $75,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.?

If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

? Collaborate with clients from multiple levels and departments to ensure brand integrity and development of retail programs to spur growth. In addition, working with our management team to develop and execute retail plans.

? Involvement in client relations, including product presentation, sales recaps, and future development plans. Supports positive vendor relationships.

? This position oversees the retail management including areas, but not limited to; concert team, warehouse, e-commerce, equipment, product procurement as well as store and venue operations to ensure synergy and operational growth.

? Responsible for leading retail business at multiple locations including operations, product selection and client relations for the business and special events.

? Supervise the management of labor and mentoring of managers and associates.

? Oversight of product selection and development from inception to delivery, recommending purchases and inventory levels based on consumer and market trends, sales strategies, and financial goals as defined for each category and outlet.

? Utilizes reporting tools to review inventory, sales, and status of each item in assigned merchandise categories.

? Is aware of and communicates potential discounts, special pricings, inventory concerns and other issues impacting business.

? Work with HR department to hire staff, ensure proper staffing for events, staying within payroll budget.

? Oversees development and training of customer service programs and product knowledge.

? Concert financial and inventory accountability.

Qualifications

? Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of retail management experience, including client relations and P&L responsibility.

? Bachelor?s degree, or related field preferred.

? Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

? Highly organized, confident, and an excellent communicator.

? Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

? Available to work a flexible, event-based schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Willing to work hands on with Aramark management team and staff.
