ARAMARK Data Entry Clerk in Lexington, Kentucky
Job Description
The Data Entry Clerk performs specified duties in support of the day-to-day operations of the field and Financial Shared Services department. They will also perform routine maintenance to ensure accounts are accurately created, linked, and prepared for correct statement or billing consolidation.
Job Responsibilities
? Create, Maintain and Delete Customer locations based on paperwork provided from the Market Center
? Audit and validate new customer packets to mandatory guidelines
? Notify field of any missing documentation and/or unacceptable contract details / changes that result in stopping new customer account setup.
? Communicate efficiently and effectively with Market Center Management team regarding additional information requirements or non-compliance
? Maintain and update customer account and service contract information as required based on established SOPs.
? Define customer hierarchy/relationships and link accounts as required.
? Verify and merge duplicate records.
? Monitor and maintain all contract administration and maintenance requests via Salesforce and Vendsys.
Qualifications
? High level of organizational skills, integrity, and accuracy.
? Strong written and verbal communication.
? Strong attention to detail.
? Strong time management and prioritization skills.
? MS Office Experience with proficiency in Excel required.
? Experience with Customer Data Management best practices a plus
? Customer service soft skills
? High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred
? 3-5 years of work experience preferred.
