COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position ranges from $60,000 to $60,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

Custodial Associate Manager schedule ? M- F, 6am ? 3pm. May be flexible with work schedule to support account needs, which may include weekends and holidays.? ? 6AM to 3PM is not correct. Generally they will be working the event shift from 4PM to 1AM, but could change based on need and event schedule.

  • Yearly fingerprint may be required .

  • Custodial Associate Manager schedule ? M- F, 6am ? 3pm. May be flexible with work schedule to support account needs, which may include weekends and holidays.

  • Travel requirements ? occasional travel and will need to submit travel expenses through Concur.

  • Ensures all Preventative Maintenance is completed and submitted in a timely manner.

  • Manages 20-25 employees and/or specific buildings.

  • Prepares and initiates Pre-Task Plans as needed.

  • Develops standardized task sheets and task instruction sheets for employees to utilize.

  • Maintains the Business Development Plan Board on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

  • To be considered eligible, applicants must graduate between December 2024 ? August 2025 of the current school year for the rising A2L Program class

  • This program will start in July 2025. All degree requirements must be completed prior to the start date of the program (including any final internship requirements).

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Aramark for this position now or in the future

  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • A degree or background in hospitality, customer service, food service, facilities, operations, or sales

  • Relevant coursework or work experience

  • Strong leadership, project management, and execution skills

  • Great verbal, written, and professional communication skills with teammates, customers, clients, and leadership

  • Dynamic working skills to handle change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
