Job Description

Responsible for the supervision, training, and management of the food service operation. ?Ensure that appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with Clients to detail catering orders i.e. order specifics such as menu, delivery instructions & billing.

• Work with our client to detail monthly billing spreadsheet for accurate billing procedures.

• Work with our culinary for special event menus and creative menu development

• Prepare menu item descriptions for each catering event.

• Work with external clients on developing catering orders and account receivables.

• Responsible for detailing any order revisions and processing new orders daily along with printing and ensuring weekly catering orders are accurate.

• Answering phone calls related to catering inquiries.

• Assisting the Catering Director with execution of catering events when deemed necessary.

• Other responsibilities as deem necessary.

Hours ? Monday ? Friday 9am ? 5pm although a flexible schedule is necessary and indicated by volume.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions

• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during the first year as a lead

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic

• Maintain emotional control under stress

• Ability to resolve interpersonal situations

• Strong organizational skills

Minimum Education/Certification - High School Diploma/GED

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
