COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position ranges from $125,000 to $145,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Description

The Engineering Manager I is responsible for leading tech projects in partnership with the client tech team. This position will implement consistent process and standardizations which improve the overall IT value proposition.

Job Responsibilities

? Develop and implement long term technology strategies to improve different areas of the operation

? Provides technical support of the application, interfaces and any customizations.

? Supervises support issues, ensures resolution plans and reports progress to management.

? Provides excellent customer service during event support.

? Proactively maintains systems and implements preventative maintenance plans. Monitors system status and reacts to issues as they arise.

? Work with users to define and evaluate business needs, challenges, and inefficiencies that may be resolved through automated solutions.

? Review systems, programs, and applications to increase operating efficiency or to adapt to new requirements.

? Works closely with business leaders to ensure service levels are being met and risk to the business is minimal.

? Ensures that accurate version control is technically adhered to and that operational risk is minimized accordingly.

Qualifications

? Experience working in a multi-functional, cross-team environment where you are the primary point of contact for multiple business partners.

? Requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience

? Strong analysis, organization, communications, interpersonal, and project management skills are essential.
